"Vulcino Music" is an experimental project inspired by the studies of the Japanese scientist Masaru Emoto on the correlations between the frequencies emitted by classical music and water and well-being for plants, oil and the consumer and it is for this reason that olive trees live and grow listening to the music by Mozart and Bach.
The cultivation of a garlic that is no longer garlic is exclusive
It is a garlic bulb subjected to the Maillard reaction, with black, soft cloves and without allicin, therefore without effects on the breath.
It is a delicious condiment with a flavor reminiscent of a mix of licorice, porcini mushrooms and truffles.
Its antioxidant content is hugely boosted compared to regular garlic.
