Social Green

This specification contains the specific rules and procedures necessary for obtaining the license to use the aforementioned collective brand by subjects who manage social farming activities based in the province of Viterbo.

Use of the Trademark is granted to subjects who comply with the following conditions:

a) They are operators of social agriculture as defined by Law 18/8/2015 n. 141 which respect, alternatively, biological techniques or the production of local products with operational headquarters in the province of Viterbo;

b) They are agricultural entrepreneurs or cooperatives (agricultural, social…) registered in the register of companies of the Chamber of Commerce of Rieti-Viterbo with operational headquarters in the province of Viterbo who respect, alternatively, biological techniques or the production of local products or livestock made in the respect for the social purposes of integration, assistance, care, etc.;

The products must be mainly made by the subjects indicated above, or these subjects must carry out the cultivation phases.
