The Cooperative, established in 1965, today has over 1,200 producer members who cultivate approximately 3,350 hectares of olive groves with over 260,000 olive trees in a purely agricultural area and intact from a naturist and ecological point of view.
The olives, protected from parasitic attacks through the integrated pest management technique, are pressed in the plants which have a daily working capacity of 3,450 quintals.
