Our restaurant was founded in 1920 by grandmother Giuditta who opened the first 'Bettola di Caprarola'. Subsequently, together with their daughter Angela they started the restaurant business which took the name of Trattoria 'Da Angela'.
Today, the ancient Bettola di Caprarola takes the name of Trattoria del Cimino in honor of the wonderful landscape offered by the homonymous mountains and is managed by his son Colombo Calistri and his wife Maria Assunta
The Cellar is managed by Samuele, son of Colombo and Maria Assunta. The wines present are selected from the best Italian wineries. The choice of diners can range from well-known labels to less known wines but of equal depth and intensity.
