The associated farmers (over 600) give the C.C.OR.A.V. their agricultural productions (cereals, oil crops, grain legumes, potatoes, etc.) which are stored, processed, packaged and placed on the local, regional and national market.
The processing, storage and marketing center is located in Grotte di Castro, loc. "Salcinella" and consists of a building with a covered area of ??about 12,250 square meters, where the machines and equipment for storage, processing and sale are located.
