Respecting the Maremma tradition, the NARDI farm has chosen to apply only the methods that respect the local tradition for the breeding of the animals from which the meat sold at our butcher's shop comes. Everything to preserve those flavors and that typical taste of the ancient Maremma land.
The semi-wild breeding, in use since the times of the ancient Romans, allows the animals to move under the sun of the Maremma and to eat hay and cereals of our production when they feel like it. The technologically advanced slaughterhouse combines tradition and innovation with quality.
