Our saffron is grown in Nepi, in the area of the organic district of the Via Amerina and delle Forre. In August, in this clayey and sunny land, in respect of a sustainable bio agriculture we plant the Crocus Sativus. We do it the old way, with sweat and passion, selecting the best bulbs. The generous land after a couple of months gives us a wonderful November spring. We look forward to it every morning, at dawn, from mid-October onwards; we go to the fields to witness the birth of the first flowers. Called by the unique aroma that the crocus pistils emit, bees happily rush to enjoy this little miracle ... everything becomes poetry.

The enhancement of the local territory and country life were the springs that catapulted us towards a new reality that detached itself from the frenzy of the city to return lost values and emotions.
