The Vetralla Olive Growers Cooperative was established in 1947 by some farmers who needed to join in order to have a better service at a lower cost. Within a short time the cooperative acquired numerous members, continuing in the following years to have an ever greater increase. Today it has almost 500 members and is considered one of the most important structures at the regional level.
For some years we have chosen to evolve our production philosophy by developing new objectives: to create a retail market and focus exclusively on quality. The experience we have accumulated over time has allowed us to obtain, year after year, a product of the highest quality, researched and obtained without any kind of compromise.
Our mill is the combination of tradition with the continuous search for perfection in processing techniques. The first cold pressing guarantees the genuineness of an extra virgin olive oil intended for an attentive consumer, convinced to choose the best. It is not for nothing that what we offer is the same product that is consumed on the tables of our producer members.
