Apis is a young farm located in the hills of Tuscia, in northern Lazio, between the ancient cities of Tuscania and Viterbo and Lake Bolsena, whose mission is to supply agricultural products of excellent quality and taste, typically Italian, guaranteeing for their realization the enhancement and conservation of the environment and the territory through certified ecological methods and transparent management.
To give shape to this reality we have chosen an uncontaminated, restricted area, full of ditches with streams, groves and now disused agricultural lands, recovering them to give life to a company that is friendly to the area and nature. Walking through our land you can observe the local wild fauna and flora that we at Apis are very careful to protect: and so among orchids and flowers of all kinds you can see deer, badgers, porcupines and the ubiquitous birdlife that enjoys the innumerable field hedges for nesting.
Bees (Apis mellifera ligustica) are the symbol of our company, hence the name Apis, emblem of a biodiversity now often lost. However, among our products, in addition to different types of honey, we also have fresh vegetables and fruit or processed into jams and preserves, our excellent D.O.P Tuscia oil, edible flowers and aromatic plants.
