The farm, just 2.5 km from the city center of Viterbo and located in the locality of "La Culla", originally owned by Bixio Di Pietro, kept by his daughter Lydia, has found growth and development with his children, who today they breed Chianina cows in a semi-wild state, they practice organic farming and are dedicated to the care and growth of the centuries-old olive grove which sees various ancient cultivars that produce an excellent organic extra virgin olive oil.
