The bare necked chicken is a breed raised at the San Bartolomeo farm. Its meat is delicate and has a very low percentage of fat, suitable for those suffering from excess cholesterol.
At the basis of Silvio Marsan's philosophy is the desire to leave the animals free to raid; that's why he exclusively selected robust breeds for an outdoor life.
