In the heart of the beautiful medieval center of the city of Viterbo L´Antico Loco Commodo is waiting for you to while away your weekends, your holidays and all the free time you want by taste, culture and warmth of our area! The structure placed in a strategic position as a center allows easy access on foot anywhere in the city with its places of art, palaces, fountains, squares, alleys and wonderful seasonal events forgetting the metropolitan traffic and smog.
So fine and unique, the house is distinguished by the fortuitous discovery, under renovation, a "Loco Commodus " or the ancient and picturesque medieval toilets (read the story) . A cute and particular "detail" which makes the house very special and original. Recently renovated with special care, can comfortably accommodate up to four people and is tastefully furnished, enriched with unique details like walls of granite, exposed forged new paintings, remembering the charming medieval atmosphere. Equipped with all amenities, comprises a very spacious studio fully equipped with kitchen, bathroom with shower, safe, TV, central heating, bike service, laundry service, hi-fi system, private entrance on the ground floor overlooking the driveway.
The structure offers its guests, as well as a quiet and very charming place, many other services, such as the possibility of having a personal chef or participate in cooking classes, but also organize parties and / or meals with friends site in the reception room or in the garden of the property adjacent to the property.
