Since 1974 on the tables of Viterbo
we managed to aggregate 174 companies, among the best zootechnical realities in the province of Viterbo, enhancing the productions of the associates through the creation of a proprietary sales network. We are present in the Tuscia area with six points of sale and our network is constantly expanding and evolving.
On the farms, the animals are raised according to techniques inspired by animal welfare, respect for the environment, the use of healthy and selected foods that guarantee quality production.
The farmers use the cereals and legumes produced on their farms and processed at the micronisation plant in Monterazzano where they undergo the cooking and flaking process to increase their digestibility.
The cattle raised in this way are slaughtered at the Municipal slaughterhouse of Viterbo; subsequently transferred to cold rooms and on the counters of butchers.
Everything is guaranteed and labeled through the traceability system adopted by the Cooperative.
