The Cassano Company has been operating in the agricultural sector since 1800, and since then, despite renewing itself, it has not changed its cultivation system. The property is surrounded by centenary chestnut groves on the eastern side of the Cimini Mountains, in the province of Viterbo.
The choice of organic is made in the 90s. In fact, the beauty of the places where the company is located has prompted the owners to work to preserve their aesthetic and qualitative value, trying to preserve and keep these areas rich in history and charm uncontaminated.
