Back in 2003, The Chamber of Commerce established the Tuscia Viterbese brand to characterize and promote products and created or offered in the province of Viterbo by satisfying specific quality standards and typicality. 

The brand was created to meet the need of operators to reach and be clearly visible in larger consumer markets, including international ones, which are not always within the reach of small local businesses.

The collective brand, therefore, promotes products and services identifying them under the same origin, represented by the territory of the Tuscia of Viterbo. At the same time, the branded products promote the territory as a direct expression of an environment, which, by virtue of its environmental and social peculiarities, appears propitious to the development of food and wine and quality artisanship.

The origin and the verification of the quality standards are carried out and guaranteed by specific tests by the Chamber itself. 

The Tuscia Viterbese collective brand products can be identified in three categories: 

• Quality agri-food 

• Quality artisanship 

• Quality hospitality

Furthermore, in order to support and promote the diffusion and commercialization of Tuscia Viterbese typical quality products, some commercial businesses, the so-called Botteghe del Gusto, can affiliate with the Brand.
