The Tenuta La Pazzaglia farm, owned by the Verdecchia family, extends in a dominant and panoramic position over the Municipality of Castiglione in Teverina, in the province of Viterbo, a town that extends along the Tiber Valley up to embrace the Umbria region.
Tenuta La Pazzaglia is a family-run business, immersed in the splendid Valle dei Calanchi, surrounded by two nature reserves, a few kilometers from the splendid Civita di Bagnoregio, all of which creates a particularly relaxing atmosphere that leads the traveler to rediscover the perfumes and the sounds of a still intact nature.
By replanting old unproductive vineyards with new ones, today the winery has a vineyard area of ??almost 12 hectares, from which D.O.C. wines are produced. and I.G.T., the result of native grapes such as Grechetto and international ones such as Merlot and Chardonnay.
The farm produces red and white wines, D.O.C. and I.G.T. with Barbera, Montepulciano, Sangiovese, Ciliegiolo, Canaiolo, Merlot, Aleatico, Grechetto, Chardonnay and Orvieto vines.
