The Perle della Tuscia farm cultivates and produces high quality potatoes thanks to the choice of the best seeds and a processing in complete respect of nature and agricultural traditions, thus obtaining a niche artisan product of great quality and genuineness.
The production of Vitelotte Lady Viola, Delizia Blu, Cuore Rosso, Ratte, Doppio Delizia and yellow-fleshed potatoes of the Ambra variety come from the family farm.
Other products come from farmers in our own area and who meet our quality standards.
Unique products are born from the uncontaminated lands of Alta Tuscia Viterbese: two examples are the Vitelotte Lady Viola potatoes and the Delizia Blu potatoes, unmistakable and completely natural products that enrich the dishes of the most famous and awarded restaurants in the world with quality.
