The Piana dell'Orso company is certified organic and produces wines, Extra-Virgin and vegetables. A small family business in Montefiascone where the father Germano Uvini with his sons Daniele and Eleonora, the owner of the company, produce two wines with attention and passion: Don Sante a white from Vermentino grapes dedicated to a famous priest from Montefiascone who loves good wine .
Many anecdotes are told about him, such as the one in which the Bishop questioned him with "They tell me that he drinks a lot" and he replied "They don't tell you, however, how thirsty I am!!!"; Brunorio a red from Merlot, Montepulciano and Sangiovese grapes.
All wines are certified organic. The very limited production is around 5,000 bottles.
