On the lake road and surrounded by the countryside, the cottage is on a high ground on Guercione Valley, 2 Km from Piansano, with every kind of shops and 4 km from Capodimonte on lake Bolsena’s shores which will offer you some charming emotions and sensations.
The outside is painstaking; the 1000 square metres garden is completely fenced and is shady by 6 lime trees; under its leafy branches you can eat, read a good book or talk. There are garden furniture, some beds to sunbathe, some deckchairs and a barbecue under the pergola where you can cook your delicious grills.
