The company was founded in 2007 from an idea by Sergio Muscari Tomajoli, who, after carrying out an analysis of the soil and climate, with the help of the oenologist Gabriele Gadenz decided to plant 2 hectares of vineyards divided into 5 selected varieties : Montepulciano, Petit Verdot, Alicante Bouschet, Barbera, Vermentino. The vineyards enjoy an excellent position as they are located in a hilly area and a few km from the sea, near the ancient and renowned Etruscan city of Tarquinia.
All the cultivated varieties are transformed in the owned cellar. Today it is his son Marco, an Ais Roma graduate sommelier, who carries on the project with great passion.
Our corporate philosophy is based on respect for the vine and its natural cycle.
In the vineyard we totally exclude the use of chemical herbicides and use only natural organic fertilizers. In the cellar we limit the use of sulphites as much as possible.
