In the heart of Lazio, in Vetralla, has its roots La Cisterna del Marchionato an agricultural company that deals with the production and marketing of typical products derived from their land and the surrounding lands of Tuscia.
The farmlands, cultivated with olive trees, hazelnuts, fruit and vegetables, produce high quality products ready to be transformed by the meticulous know-how of the young Luca Ingegneri.
The products of this company are the ideal combination of the genuineness of the uncontaminated territories from where they originate, the traditions to which they are inspired and the purism of the flavors.
The company uses part of the territory already home to a large farm of the Roman age, not far from Rome. The current name is inspired by a Roman cistern of the fourth century AD used at that time to accumulate rainwater for the farm. The cistern is still visible, although damaged over the centuries.
