The Osteria del Vecchio Orologio was born in 1966 and, after more than 40 years, it has become one of the most sought after and popular typical restaurants in Viterbo.
Every day our kitchen offers old recipes accompanied by new contemporary insights, where, however, the fundamental element is the raw material of the fruit and vegetable market and the Viterbo slaughterhouse.
Care and attention is given to the most important element together with food, wine. Over the years, very important labels have been offered to our customers and in the last months of 2011 the owners, in accordance with Viterbo's conduct, Slow Food wanted to embrace an ambitious project which will see the transformation of the cellar from a national one with more than 300 labels to a totally Regional which will therefore have the best production of the Lazio Region as the basis of the proposal.
